Welcome to The Rip Stop. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

General: The Rip Stop sells Pokémon TCG sealed products and single cards. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Order Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled via shipping within the United States or local in-person delivery/pickup. Shipping method and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been handed off.

Shipping: We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The Rip Stop is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

All Sales Final: Please refer to our Refund Policy. All sales are final.

Authenticity: All products sold by The Rip Stop are genuine, officially licensed Pokémon TCG products sourced from authorized distributors.

Limitation of Liability: The Rip Stop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
