The Rip Stop ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We use carrier-calculated rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Local Delivery/Pickup: We also offer local in-person delivery and pickup as an alternative to shipping. Details will be communicated after purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages: The Rip Stop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
