No Refund Policy
All sales at The Rip Stop are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, duplicate purchases, or change of mind.
Sealed Products: Due to the nature of Pokémon TCG sealed products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or tampered packaging. All sealed products are sold as-is.
Single Cards: All individual card sales are final. Please review all card details, condition descriptions, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
In-Person Pickup/Delivery: Items must be inspected at the time of pickup or delivery. Once the transaction is complete, no returns or refunds will be issued.
